The Captain - treasure map in fist at all times, he propels his crew from one mishap to the next, driven less by greed than the lifelong desire to “be a lowly pirate no more.”

Poutine - The Captain's longtime fellow buccaneer, First Mate Poutine is loyal, kind and rather bookish.

Scarlett- the new Deckhand - a tiny, indomitable orphan they’ve recently adopted, whose stature belies the size of her heart and the strength of her desire to learn everything there is to know.
